Creating Summary from 2 files

Hello Guys,

I have two workbooks and I need to a macro to create a summary on a new workbook. I will input the two workboooks saved locally as well as the start and end date of the summary I need. You can see the sample and output that I need in Output.xls. Attached as well are the two workbooks Book1 and Book2. I only need to combine the Data from column A and the Delays from each date which is greater than 30 minutes.
