Is there any formula to round off below examples.

192,777,000.00 to 192.78
167,388,000.00 to 167.39
67,477,000.00 to 67.48
77,456,000.00 to 77.46

Is there any ways to do that?

If you only want appearance, you could leave the underlying value unchanged and use the custom format
