Search any first and last name using Excel VBA into outlook

Hey, does anyone possibly know how to search a first and last name from excel into the outlook global address list, and return an alias. I can do this using the current user login, but I need to do this for anybody on my computer.

Any ideas leading in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

I'm very inexperienced programming from outlook.
