F8 keeps running my whole code instead of stepping through it

Has this happened to anyone else and what might cause this? It is taking me a considerable amount of time to test because it keeps doing this.

Sounds like a sticky control and or shift key to me? (control+shift+F8 runs to the end of a sub/function)

It happened with me too, specially after the code to open another file. I don't know why!
