View Full Version : sorting into different worksheets

I have a main worksheet with over 26k items. I want it to automatically sort into the correct worksheet months based on Renewal Date, however I also want it to include any other Item in the same month if its from the same owner.

Example:
The following would go under the march tab because I want product 10 to be the leading indicator.

Name Renewal product number
Smith 3/25/12 10
Smith 6/15/12 16


Please Help!

I am not very much known to excel but if you need help from somebody it is strongly recommended to upload a sample file for understand your requirement.

Here is a sample file i have uploaded. I would like to grab all three of "Alan Smith" policies it by Line Code 10 renewal date. So all Alan Smith would fall in the April Worksheet. Ralph Condon would fall in the June worksheet and so on. I have no experience with VBA, but do know that it's currently living hell going thru 30,000 entries.

Any help would save me from a mental break down!!!
