Do you need the data to be on each workbook separately or do you just need to add stuff up. Let me know what the purpose of this is and I can probably provide something more efficient and that meets your base needs better.

If you need it in the way you describe then you need to answer some questions.

Will all of the workbooks be open while in use?

Do you want it to process as soon as you enter data in all the cells for the row or do you want a button you can click to enter the data.

You can just use filter and then copy and paste. Are you dealing with large enough numbers to make automation worthwhile considering automation will require support if files are moved and such?

Hi
(Do you need the data to be on each workbook separately)
Yes I want the data to be on each workbook separately

(Will all of the workbooks be open while in use?)

No just my (Main ) file open when I input the data.

(or do you want a button you can click to enter the data.)
Yes I want a button click it when I wanna transfer data to other files

I appreciate everyone try to solve this . And if that difficult to solve
that's ok
Thank you

Will you need it to add to the bottom of the list on the separate spreadsheets? Will you be clearing the main spreadsheet after each use?

Hi Thair/Brian,

I have tried a different approach.
Kindly review the file...
The file slows down a bit but works
Hope this helps
