Ballon tip appears when new meeting accepted

to auto accept or respond as tentative (rather than decline) to meetings sent on short notice or that conflict with other meetings. I included a MsgBox at the end, to alert me of a newly accepted appointment, but I would rather have a balloon tip appear in the system tray much like email notifications.

I have never dealt with the System tray so not sure where or how to start. I did the Google search and several forum searches but came up blank. I do not want to display information about the meeting, only display a message, "New message accepted".

Any suggestions?

In the Rules Wizard, you can display a desktop alert, but it will fire for all incoming meeting requests. I don't see any way to do what you want. Not without some kind of custom addin, anyway.
