I was informed that at one of my accounts, users are creating documents in MS Word, then cutting and pasting the verbiage into a MS Access memo field in a package I wrote.
That's the way they want to do it, but there are some special characters (commas and ellipses, I'm told) that don't come over properly, instead putting some other random character in the memo field.
Any fixes that anyone knows about, or are they hoisted upon their own petard?
