Solved: excel can't calculate formula

so I have an excel file with 39000 rows.
I want to add 39 before the phone number.
I'm using ="39"&g2 but .. I'm getting always the first phone value with 39 before. I don't understand why.

"Results of formula may be out of date because Excel is not set to calculat automatically".

What I should do to solve this!?
