Dear All,

I have attached the picture, where in the green G and H column; I have required formula which separate value before 24 and after 24. I am not able to work reason where having Segregation of Sums, in example 9 30 3 6. I am very difficult to understand how I can put 9 value divide in two.

I entered the manually the values in G & H. I need a perfect formula for same.

I don't understand your results, I see no cumulative values there, and why the 3/6 split beside the 9?

Basically, all you did was present a spreadsheet the same as that image. Not really taking too much trouble to explain are you?

Dear xld,

OK I am trying to simplified thread, I have values in column "E" which I made cumulative in "F".

I am preferring the Value should enter in "G" and "H" should be, first sum 24 in the "G" column and above sum 24 should follow in "H" column.

This question regarding the segregation of values.
In One Row, if i have value 9, where cumulative reach 30. But sum in "G" column reach 24 value by adding 3 and rest going to "H" 6 value.

I need formula to segregate values by total sum in first column 24 and next column above 24.

Try

=IF(SUM($E$4:$E4)<=24,MIN(24,SUM($E$5:$E5))-SUM($E$4:$E4),"")

and

=IF(SUM($E$5:$E5)<=24,"",E5-N(G5))
