Hi,
I'm processing mails* as part of a document control process and wish to mark these so they aren't duplicated. I'm trying to mark these with a quick-click category, but can find no information about this on the web. Does anyone know if this is possible or how it's done?
Otherwise is there a better way to do this?

* - "processing" involves saving the mails to a server folder (outside outlook) and adding details to a spreadsheet containing details about the mail (document number, date, sender, subject)
