user form without excel

if I built my user form from excel and this user form also produces excel reports.
Can I make the user form work right away like an independent program??

Use VB or VB.Net. If you use VBA, you need a hosted app (such as Excel).

Sorry to intrude :) but if you already are working in excel what is the code by clicking in a button to export to something that anyone can view and print, like html to go to internet explorer... is there a code you know?
