non-touch auto scrolling for Word at pre-set rate

Hi, is it possible to have Word automatically scroll down through text on the screen and have the ability to specify the scroll rate. I imagine that some sort of VBa program would have to be executed by activating a button on the screen.

I am thinking of somebody reading several pages of text without having to touch a mouse or screen.
