Hello, this post references this thread (http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43019).
My question is, beyond the excellent macro/modules that were provided to me (thanks again!)...I'm having a small problem...
If Interviewer name is, say JONES and the Interviewee name is AREALLYREALLYLONGNAME (or vice versa), the indents from the names end up being 'off' - the text that "AREALLYREALLYLONGNAME" states is indented further into the document than "JONES" text.
Is there a way to code it so that if one of the surnames is AREALLYREALLYLONG NAME, the indent for the SHORTERNAME will become the same as the long one?
I realize it would be far far easier to just set up the styles for the 'Q' and 'A' to have a larger hanging indent...I COULD do that - but if there's a way to add finesse through a macro, I'd rather go that route (to avoid having a situation where two short names are being transcribed with really LARGE indents).
Thanks for your anticipated input!
