Mark up picture in userform

Not sure if this is possible, but I need the users of my program to be able to mark up a picture. They need to be able to mark locations on a picture. Is there some type of way to edit the picture with ms paint and then save it within the document?

Not in a userform. If the picture is in an ordinary document, you could use Word's autoshape tools to enclose or insert arrows pointing to areas of interest.
