You can hide the columns you want and the protect the sheet with a password. If you are using Excel 2007 or 2010 this would be on the Review tab of the Ribbon in the Changes group.

Hi tofimoon4 (http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/member.php?u=18867),

did you try this already?
- Select a cell within the column(s) to be hidden;
- From the Format menu, select Column » Hide;
- From the Tools menu, select Protection » Protect Workbook...;
- You will see this box https://www.uwec.edu/help/Excel03/Images/dialog/protect.gif
- Type a password in and Click OK

Hi tofimoon4 (http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/member.php?u=18867),

note that when you protect a workbook you only protect cells with "Protect" property enabled. You can simply disable this property and all your cells wont be protected.
