one clients computers wont open some access reports

Hey,
our system has multiple access reports which work fine for most of our clients. However we have one client in saudi arabia whom is unable to open some of our reports. They get a message

"The operation on the | object failed." Their location is set to US and language is set to English.... not sure what else would be causing this.

any thoughts ?

If you can get your hands on the database and check the data you might be able to duplicate it. Was the data entered with the same settings?
The only thing I can think of is basic debugging practices (which I am sure you know :))
