Update the current Macro

Hello Everybody

I have already written a macro which use to compare two worksheets and give the result in Worksheet3 i want to update the macro. The code and the question is written in the attached workbook.

Somebody might try if you explain what the problem is in detail. Some spreadsheet notes is not good enough.
