Compare two worksheets and give the difference as result

Hello Everybody
I want to compare the two worksheets and after comparison it gives the difference. For the sake of example workbook is attached with this thread.Using vba macro.

I think in my last attached workbook the problem was not clearly defined therefore i attach the workbook again.

Hi Hakunamatata,

Attached is a solution using vlookup - plz test... by pasting your relevant information directly into the results worksheet in flap "Data A" and "Data B" respectively.
