deleting contents of a document section

Is there a way to programmatically delete the contents (text and graphics) of a document section, e.g., ThisDocument.Sections(2)? I've tried, but I cannot find the right syntax for this.

Be warned that if there are headers and footers involved there could be unforseen conswquences.

is there a way to delete every instance of a page that has certain text in section 2?

i.e. delete all pages in section 2 that contain "intentionally left blank"
