Is there a way to have a workbook open that has macros to default to "Enable Macros" instead of the pop-up window?? And for it only to be ONE specific workbook? and not as a setting for all other workbooks.

Hi there,
You mean you want to leave your security to prompt for any workbooks except a specific one?
If you are using XL 2000 or above, you could use SelfCert.exe to create a digital signature for yourself. Install it, and it won't prompt you again.
mdmackillop has a good article on how to do this here (http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/articles.php?action=viewarticle&artid=3).
