Number Format Short_Cut

Dear All,

In Number Format,
Decimal places I have required 2 and Use 1000 Separator (,).

I have required this all the time, now I am doing like ctrl+1 then number format + Decimal.

Can Anyone Suggest Short cut key to do fastly? Or Very Quick Method which may arrived in Ribbon?

It is already on the ribbon, Home tab, Number group, the comma button.
