When using bookmarks in a table, I have problems when a field includes more than one line for a bookmark.

Example:

Bookmarks in a 3 column table: Item, Description, Quantity
The desription contains two lines for every item.

Output in Word:
XX Software A 10
YY Version 2012 15
Software B
Version 2012

Item YY and quantity 15 belongs to description “Software B” – how do I pull down the YY and 15 to the right place?

The output comes from the ERP system Axapta and can hardly be modified.

I think you will need to attach a document to a post, showing what you mean. Your problem description is unclear.

You can attach a document to a post via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

You may have to post a few more times before you can attach a document. It used to be you need to have five posts before you can attach a file...not sure of that is still the case.

At the very least you can expand on the before and after text. Your example does not match what you say is the situation. You have "Item YY and quantity 15", but your example appears to have:

Software B
Version 2012

No 15.

You say "The desription contains two lines for every item.", but A (I thibk), does not have two lines.

It is very unclear. Do you want text to be added: like "Software B"? We need an real example.
