How to solve this security alert message?

Hi dear Friends!
when i open my file containing VBA (Macros) in another PCs. The Excel program show this alert message i attached, and i can not enable macros. Please help.

I have checked enable all macros in macro security setting too with Trust access to the VBA Project object model, But I face with the above security alert message. And also i have Antivirus too. Please help.

You will notice that Excel has itself offered you a method of getting around this issue. Please explore the "Open the Trust Center" option.
