Export content control data in word to excel spreadsheet upon close of word document

I have a word file with content control data I would like to transport to an excel file when the word document is closed. It includes a date content control, drop down, and rich text content control. I have attached the file. The excel file I would like the data to go to is construction issues.xlsx. Can anyone help me out?
