Do you need 3 x 65,536 = 196,608 formulae in Excel 2003 or 3 x 1,048,576 = 3,145,728 formulae in Excel 2007?
Think of the ramifications like slowing everything down, big file size etc.

I just tried it in Excel 2007 with a simple formula. The saved file is 22,419 KB, rather large I would say. In Excel 2003 the file size is 7,591 KB.

If you want to go ahead with it, one way would be to:
Enter your formula in Cell I1 and hit the Enter key.
Select Cell I1 again, Right Click and select Copy.
Click on the Column Identifier above the cell, which is I, so the whole column is selected, right click with your mouse and click on Paste.
Repeat that for the other two Columns.
Good luck
