change zoom

Good morning all,

Is there code that can be written somewhere in outlook 2010 that can change the zoom to 110% that doens't need to be reset every time I open a new window?

Please note that I did search this board and googled it and the one link I found that has code (as referenced on the one message about this topic on this board) does not work once you restart outlook.
