New Outlook email (i.e. hotmail)-Attach icon disappering

Hi all:

I was updated atomatically to the new Outlook email, previously hotmail.

Now each time I pressed new mail the attach icon appears for a while and disappears.

I still click in the area where the attach icon was suppose to show and attached my files. But the attached files do not show even my receiver can received them.

Any ideas how to solved this.
