Hi there,

I'm interested in tracking the news, and I was wondering if there was a way to set up a formula to track an internet search engine every so often and paste that information into excel.

When copying data from within the web, I'm not able to extract the web link, which would be helpful.

I'm trying to get the information that a Google search provides: headline, publication, date and link.

Is this possible? :dunno

Welcome to the forum!

Please provide a specific example manually marked up. Attach an xlsx or xlsm file to show what you want both before and after running a macro. The devil is in the details.

Google doesn't provide links per se. It uses PHP scripts to return a web page to the browser. You will have to pick the link out of the google link text.
