Solved: Protect document

I have a template that has text boxes that are linked together. Is it possible to set the font name and size to courier new; 12. and protect to only the textboxes are allowed to be entered. If I highlight and delete the text it goes to times Roman.

Hi Ron,

You should define a Style with the 12pt courier and apply that. You could also apply formatting restrictions to the document, so that's the only Style that can be used. However, AFAIK no form of protection will allow you to work with linked textboxes.

Thanks Macropod, I did define the template with Courier 12 pt style and that keeps the text at Courier when text is deleted. And I did alot of googling and found out that protection of word document will not work with linked textboxes.
