J need help

How replace in a long doc: All comma inserted in square bracket must be replaced with colon.

sample

[Gen 1,23] with [Gen 1:23] ad so on

P.S. in square bracket there are always: first three letter characters, 1 space, a number (one,two or three ciphers), a comma and another number (one,two or three ciphers).

Using find and replace. OK.

Open Find and replace, and in the more options, turn wildcards on.

then in the find bar put this expression in (without the inverted commas of course) ->
"<(???)([ ])([0-9]*)([,])"

and in the replacewith bar put this expression (again without the inverted commas)->
"\1\2\3:"
