When I run the macro, the folder containing required attachments will be shown

Hi,

Could you please write the macro which can perform the following function?

I want to attach an attachment.
I do this once a day.
The attachments are stored in the same folder.

When I run the macro, the folder containing required attachments will be shown, and I can select the required file.

For example, after i run the macro, the folder C:/user/my document will be shown.
Then, I select test.xls and attach it.
Afterwards, I can send the email with the attachemt.
