Hi,
I am working on a mail merge where I need to place the Street address, City & zip code to the following sample word doc.
The issue I'm having is when the merge date goes into the merge fields above the City & zip code, the values are shifted and not directly over their respective named areas (ie City name should be over City in the word doc, etc). I should elaborate a bit...say the character length for street is 20 characters long, but then on the next occurrence its 10 characters long, the change in amount of characters seems to shift the next merge field over by x amount of spaces.
Anyone have an idea to remedy this so that it properly aligns?
