Need Help With a Delete/Delete Macro

I am looking for a macro that uses an "If" "Then" scenario so that if I delete a chapter in the table of contents, it deletes that page in the document. Is this possible or is there a similar way to get this result?

Not really. TOC are generated by reference to a style.

How were you thinking about deleting a line in the TOC?

Well basically I was hoping to be able to go through the table of contents and delete it by hand but each corresponding page would be deleted. So you're saying there's no way to do this even with TOC settings?

The TOC item is related to a PARAGRAPH with a specfific style. It has no other link to a page. If you manually delete a line out of the TOC that is all that happens. The line is deleted. If you regenerated the TOC as the source paragraph remains that line would be regenerated.
