Hey,
we have a user who decided to add a whole bunch of auto correct items to make his typing faster rather than using our software's customizable drop down system.

We have just supplied an update from their old single accdb DB to a front end back end SQL solution. However his auto correct options are missing, after some research everything i have found appears to be linked to word specifically and was wondering if anyone knew a way to transfer these settings over to keep the client happy.

Thanks in advance

Is Access still that same version?

All the Office Apps in a version share the same spell checker, dictionary, auto correct, etc.

See if these help:

In the end it turned out that there were 2 auto correct files for some reason and that the one we wanted was not being picked up, after renaming the second file to the first files name and removing the first file everything is looking good again.

Thanks as usual HTC!! :)
