Need Outlook 2010 VBA to print 2nd page of attachment

I am a Microsoft Certified Excel Expert, but that does not help me in this forum. I need a macro to open each email (filtered by a rule i.e. From Joe Smith, Subject starts with "ABC") that will open the attached pdf file and print just the second page of the pdf attachment.

Any help would be very much appreciated
