Firstly, I have just read your other thread and I think you were given some very helpful advice about how to approach the matter at hand. The overview you gave would frighten most people off, so break the issues down piece by piece. Since only you know the project intimately. We don't.

Secondly, since you are asking for assistance, please be patient and respectful to the others who view and /or contribute to the forums. Their time and effort is not yours to command.

Finally, I am closing this thread because its not in the best interests of those who frequent here to be abused. If you wish to advance the initial thread then please feel free to do so there.
