Sleeper: Locking project after importing

hi there , i have many forms , modules and the menu code in the thisworkbook , how do i have 1 file to import all of them into other excel files ?? or would a addin do the trick ??

1 more thing how to lock the vbaproject after importing ?

I would suggest an AddIn is the way to go
Then lock it from the VBE Tools>VBA ProjectProperties>Proctection... check Lock Project for Viewing and add a password
