I need good examples how to traverse xml file

Hi

I need to find code examples how to traverse a xml file.
I just tried to add a file using XML Maps, such as....
(I cant post link so look at this youtube link: watch?v=TZ192S7Yyac)

But I need to to the same using vba coding.
I guess I need to read about IXMLDOMNodeList and how to traverse.

I cant find any good examples.
Do you have any suggestions?
