I need a macro which will save a word document to a 2 locations. The first location would be the current one, the second would be based on file name but would be a different path, and would use text from within the file in the filename. For instance c:\staff\smith.doc is the annual appraisal document for 2012/13 for Smith, and has the title "2012-13 Appraisal" within the document as text. This file needs to be saved to c:\staff\smith.doc and d:\smith\2012-13 Appraisal.doc.This would enable the master document to be saved and a copy of it 'published' to a different location which the staff member could access. Also, the following year only the title '2012-13' would need to be changed for the file to be saved as a different name.Hope that's clear.Any ideas?

I'm not sure if Graham exposes his code or not, but this might help: http://www.gmayor.com/SaveInTwoPlacesAddIn.htm
