KPULS, you mentioned using
Application.CutCopyMode = True / False
in connection with a question about freeing up memory.
Help doesn't say a lot about the CutCopyMode. How does one make use of it?

Generally, what you'll see that used for in code is to take the mode out of CutCopy mode. When you copy a cell within Excel, you will notice on the status bar in the bottom right, it will say: Select destination and press ENTER or choose Paste.

If at this point you hit the Esc key, this will take the cut/copied selection and take away the dancing lines around the border and you will no longer be allowed to paste it, thus clearing the (temporary) clipboard. If not, go back into Excel and hit ENTER on another cell, watch what happens. Still being in CutCopyMode will just paste another of your selection. Quite a pain IMHO.

So setting this property to False is equivilent to hitting the Esc key while in viewing your spreadsheet.
