Hi
My boss just tasked me to outsource our customer service mailbox to contract staff.
And he wants this mailbox when open by the contract staff, he can only reply to the sender of the email.
Even if new mail, the to field is locked to a specific internal staff email.
On Bcc will be set to the manager email
Basically he wants to protect the email from going no One else but the customer email or our own staff.
Anyone who is kind enough how to do this in outlook VBA?
We are using outlook 2010
