URGENCY: Textbox does the union of the other textboxes

Hi everyone!

I need a quick help here please:

I have a form with three text boxes, but I want to add one more text box to unite the results of the three text boxes.

Then:

Textbox1 = 8:20 AM
Textbox2 = 17 of November
Textbox3 = 2013
Textbox4 = 8:20 AM |17 of November | 2013

What should I do to join data written in Textbox 1, 2 and 3 in a Textbox 4? The results of these four text boxes are then pasted a spreadsheet but I already have the code to paste the results, just need a code that makes the union of the three text boxes in the Textbox4.
