Using VBA With OpenOffice Calc

The corporation has opted to use OpenOffice.Calc (OOC) and I have many hours dedicated to several Excel based VB applications. The applications are not compatible with OOC. What are my options? Are Visual Studio or Express options?

There's very little to go on there. Are you asking if you can write applications in Visual Studio? Or Asking if you can automate OO with Visual studio?

OO has it's own scripting language that may be worth a look.
