400 Error

hi has anyone an idea why the attached sample returns a 400 error message when the command button excel close is clicked. the vbe password is dt1

It doesn't error 400 for me.

BTW, on close it executes the ShowRibon twice, once for deactivate event, once by an explicit call in the close event.
