I have an excel workbook with 3 worksheets(Current, Values, Final).
I want to populate the values of the Final worksheet with the data present in the other two worksheets.
1. Current Worksheet has these columns:
Name, Email,Home Country,Travel Country,Total Days spent.
2. Values Worksheet has these columns:
Combination,Value
3. Final Worksheet has these columns:
Name, Email,Home Country,Travel Country,Total Days spent, % Travel.
Steps involved in the macro:
1. On the current sheet, Concatenate the values of Home Country and Travel Country.
2. Look up this value in the column 'Combination' of the values worksheet and get the corresponding 'Value' for the combination. Name this column as Value1.
3. Apply a formula on the current sheet in a new column. The Value1/Total Days spent * 100. Name this column as % Travel.
4. Go to the Final worksheet and get the values from the following sources:
Name: =Current!Name
Email: Current!Email
Home Country: =Current!Home Country
Travel Country: =Current!Travel Country
Total Days spent:=Current!Total Days spent
% Travel:=Current! % Travel
Note: The number of rows will keep on changing
