Teaching basics of Access to someone qu

I need to teach a coworker of mine the basic principles of access and databases in general so she can assist me in maintaining my projects. She has never worked with any databases at all so I truly need to start from scratch.....explaining relationships, tables, queries, etc.

Can anyone recommend a book or some curriculum that I can follow? I want to make sure I teach things in the order that makes most sense.

This is the best starter tutorial I have found. Skip the first two chapters about the program from which it came from.
