Game in excell that I found. Where is the code that makes this game work

This is a brain teaser that I found. The game works but if you press alt F11 I can not find any code. I also can not find any Macros that make the game work. Can some one tell me how this game works. Just curios might be fun to make some like it.

It's an embedded flash object. Right-click on the picture and you'll see the context menu.

I am sorry that does not tell me a whole lot. What is a flash object? How do they work? I am sorry if these are simple questions just trying to understand some thing I have not seen before.
