populate word doc

Hi There,

Sorry if this has already been posted i could not see it.
I have a execel doc with 163 rows and about 10 coulumns.

I need a macro to grab certain dates and then populate a word doc with some of the data.

Just have trouble getting it going. I am an intermediate user in Word VBA but very new to excel.

Uhmmm... How's about posting a sample workbook and a 'desired outcome' Word document (you can zip them and attach the zip), rather than we guess at what column(s) have the dates, how we are picking dates, how it's supposed to layout in Word, etc.....
