Sleeper: Unique values when compare

I have a problem. I have the code to compare 2 sheets but I want to make the same values uniques before start the comparison.
I have the example.
In sheet 2 number 10 is only one time and in sheet 1 its two.
When I compare with this macro it doesnt find the difference.
Any ideas? How can I transform the same values in the same date uniques?

I make it 3 in Sheet1.

What should happen? Should all 10's be yellow, purple, the first and only the first5 10 be yellow>

sorry only the file (example.xls) is the right

This one is wrong and must be yallow...but ti existe once in sheet2
so the macro compare it and give the answer that its ok.!

I have 2 columms. The one with a date the second with a number. I want in a third column to count the same values in each date. eg. 1, 2, 3.
I want to do it to make this values uniques because I want to compare this sheet with another.
